1. Overview

At VELTIS, we are committed to delivering your earthing products safely and efficiently to addresses across the United Kingdom. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping procedures.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Processing times may be longer during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, January sales). We will communicate any expected delays on our Site.

3. Delivery Times and Costs

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order:

We offer free shipping on all orders to UK addresses.

These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

We deliver to all UK addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and other remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices displayed on our Site are inclusive of VAT at the applicable UK rate. No additional taxes or duties will be charged for UK deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with our shipping partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at your choice.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you (or to a person you have nominated to accept them). If your order is lost in transit, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

6.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6.3 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. VELTIS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our carrier will typically leave a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
